Arrival Departure:
The Reception is open every day from 08.00 to 24.00.
The arrival time must be communicated to the reception staff up to 3 days before the arrival date.

Arrivals after 24.00 are possible but are subject to request must be agreed with the structure.
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available starting from 15.00, you can still arrive earlier and leave your luggage in our store.
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am, you can then leave your luggage in our store if you want to spend more time in Florence.

Payment Information:
All prices are per room.
The "Tourist tax" of Euro 4.50 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid directly in cash.
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation, the credit card can be pre-authorized for the total amount for cancellable reservations.
In the case of a special / non-refundable rate (pay now) the payment will be made directly at the time of booking and will not be refundable.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations and / or modifications are FREE (except for non-refundable rates) if requested within the specified deadline (15 days prior to arrival) and must be sent by e-mail to: info@villalibertyflorence.com
In case of no-show, changes or cancellation beyond the aforementioned terms, a penalty equal to the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

The reservation must always always be confirmed first by HOTEL VILLA LIBERTY.

Any billing requests must be specified at the time of booking by providing the Company Name and the recipient code or PEC in the notes.

To know:
breakfast is not included in the prize and is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
our internal parking has a cost of € 20.00 per night and must be confirmed before arrival at the facility.
